What we collect

• Account: your email address and sign-in records.
• What you submit: the social account handle(s) you own or are authorized to submit, your account-type answer, and your permission choices (each stored with its text version and time).
• Source material: observations about the submitted account's public posts, gathered by our team through Meta Muse, and — only if you add one and grant separate permission — an aggregate summary of your own message activity (counts and timing only).
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never receive your card number or CVV; we keep order amounts and Stripe identifiers.
• Product analytics: a random identifier (not your email or handle) and page/funnel events via PostHog. No session recording.

How we use it

To create and deliver your report (required). Optionally, if you separately choose: (B) to add de-identified measurements to the comparison data for future reports; (C) to train or evaluate future analysis models. B and C are independent; declining either never affects your report.

Optional: sensitive topics

Only if you separately opt in, your report can include a private section counting how many of your own posts are about faith & spirituality, politics & civic life, or health & wellness. It describes what you post about, never who you are. It is visible only to you, never shared, never compared with others, and never used for comparison or training data. Withdrawing this permission removes the section. We never analyze race, ethnicity or heritage, sexual orientation, disability, or specific medical conditions.

AI and data analysis

We use AI models (OpenAI API) to extract facts from source material and to phrase explanations. All measurements, comparisons, and percentiles are calculated by deterministic code. We never infer sensitive characteristics and perform no facial recognition. See also the AI/data-analysis disclosure in these Terms.

Retention

• Raw source material is encrypted and deleted about 7 days after your report is ready, and never kept more than about 14 days from receipt, even if processing fails or is abandoned.
• Your report is kept while your account exists, until you delete it.
• Minimal financial records are kept as required and are separated from report content.
• De-identified contributions (only with permission B or C) contain no name, handle, email, captions, photos, or exact follower counts, and can be withdrawn.

Draft reviews (videos and photos you upload)

• What we keep: the video or photo you upload for review, still frames taken from it, and the review itself (findings, captions, hashtags, and your settings for that review).
• Before we store your upload, we remove its hidden file details: location (GPS), device details, and dates. We keep only a stripped copy; the original file is discarded. From those details we note only the camera make and model (or that an editing app made the file), to guess where the sound came from. You can correct that guess.
• Your drafts are kept until you delete them. Deleting a post removes its video, frames, review, and captions. Deleting your account removes all of them. Each account has a storage limit (10 GB); when it's full we ask you to delete something rather than deleting anything for you.
• To review a draft, the stripped copy (or still frames from it) is sent to AI providers: Google (Gemini) watches the video, and Anthropic (Claude) reads the description and frames and writes the feedback. Google's copy is deleted when the review finishes. We send them only what the review needs, never your email or account details.
• A short description of your video made during the review is stored encrypted and deleted after 14 days, or sooner when you delete the post.
• Your uploads and reviews are never used for comparison data or model training, and never shown to other users.
• Comments you paste or screenshot for sorting are sent to Anthropic (Claude) once to sort them and draft replies, then shown only to you. We don't save them, the screenshots, or the result: the people who wrote them didn't agree to that.

Your choices

In Settings you can view your data, download an export, change or withdraw permissions B, C, and message analysis, revoke share links, and delete your account. Withdrawing B or C removes your linkable contributions. We cannot remove influence from models already trained, if model training is ever activated.

Sharing

We use processors: Supabase (database/auth), Fly.io (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), OpenAI (analysis), Google and Anthropic (draft reviews), Inngest (background jobs), PostHog (analytics), AWS (encrypted backups). We do not sell personal information.
